  • Basic level inspection and treatment: Before construction, the site must be cleaned up to check whether there are foreign objects that affect the construction and clean up. Before paving the stone, you should hang the line to check and master the flatness of the building and the ground base. Then clean the base layer and brush it with water, preferably moistened with unclear water.
  • Bounce line: use a level tester to measure the horizontal line, determine the stone laying height according to the design, and draw the construction line.
  • Trial assembly: Determine the paving sequence and standard block position according to the standard line. At the selected location, the stone of each room should be tried out according to the pattern, color and texture. After the trial, arrange the numbers in two directions, and then put them neatly according to the number codes.
  • Adhesive preparation: Pour the emulsion into a clean mixing barrel according to the ratio shown in the packaging bag, then add the adhesive powder, stir with a low-speed mixer for 3 minutes to a uniform, non-clumping paste, and then stand still After 2 minutes, it can be used with a little stirring (the purpose of using a low-speed mixer is to prevent the temperature of the adhesive from being too high, and to prevent the introduction of air). Pick up the evenly mixed binder with a dusting knife and turn it upside down. The adhesive will fall from the dusting knife in about 5 seconds. At this time, the viscosity of the adhesive is the best. It is strictly forbidden to add water during the production of the binder. After preparing the binder, let it stand for 5-10 minutes and stir it evenly again for better results.
  • Cleaning the back of the stone: Use a paint brush to remove the floating dust on the back of the stone, use a dust knife or a small spatula to remove the sharp protrusions and hard attachments on the back, and then clean the back of the stone with a sponge block dipped in water.
  • Stone paving construction: Use a 10*10mm toothed scraper to scrape the back and base surface of the stone. First use the straight edge of the toothed scraper to scrape the base surface, and then use the toothed comb to scrape the strip. The strip is required to be uniform and full. Only scrape an area slightly larger than a piece of stone each time, so as to ensure that the stone paving is completed within the open time. Lay the stone with glue on the back on the base surface of the comb scraped rubber strip, first move and knead to adjust, then use a special rubber hammer to gently hit and level to the horizontal construction line.
  • The fullness of the adhesive must be ensured to avoid the phenomenon of hollowing; every 30 pieces of surface material should be pried open to check whether the adhesive is full.
  • According to the requirements of the design, a positioner of appropriate specifications should be used when the surface material is pasted to ensure that the size of the seam meets the design requirements and the width of the seam is consistent.
  • Note that the seams of 2-3mm or more should be reserved between the stones to prevent the expansion of the stone and the contraction of the structure from causing the stone to protrude or break.
  • For large-area paving, 8~10mm expansion joints should be arranged at appropriate intervals of 6~8m in the vertical and horizontal directions to prevent the expansion and contraction of the ground and the structure from causing the stone to protrude or break.

  • The effective size of the main tile is 260mm*260mm.   • Start from the bottom of the gutter, fix it with 1:2.5 cement mortar horizontal tiles, and fix it with 40mm long galvanized steel nails. Then use the same method to install the gutter tile to the top of the gutter and the ridge tile from bottom to top according to the specified overlapping length of 260mm. After the completion of the gutter tile, the visible size is 100-120mm.
  • The installation of the main tile with four slopes or multiple slopes should be installed from the inclined ridge position at the lower right corner of the roof. The main tile at the junction of the two slopes needs to be cut. The tile claws must all be hung on the tile strips and fixed with screws. When the tile hole or claw is cut, the tile hole should be cut again to fix the tile. When installing the left and right side tiles on the herringbone slope, the gutter tiles should be used for transition.
  • Use shield tiles on the top of the two-sloping roof to modify the position of the main tile drain, first build the cement mortar base layer and then paste the shield tiles with cement paste. For pasting, the shield tile should be pulled to ensure the straightness of the later ridge tile installation.
  • Through the ridge of the gable wall, starting from the ridge tile head, the ridge tiles are installed according to the specified overlap length, and laid to the end ridge tile head tile. All ridge tiles should be installed in a straight line, fixed with 1:2.5 cement mortar full of grout, and broken tiles can be mixed inside. The two sides of the ridge tiles are calendered along the grout, but the lap joint surface of the ridge tiles does not need to be jointed. After drying, the surface is painted with the same color paint twice.
  • Start from the bottom end of the inclined roof, and use 1:2.5 cement mortar to close the inclined ridges, and then use the same method to install the ridge tiles from the bottom up to the inclined ridge according to the specified overlap length. Roof top. The cement mortar in the ridge tiles can be mixed with broken tiles to prevent the mortar from shrinking and cracking. The two sides of the ridge tiles are calendered along the grout, but the lap joint surface of the ridge tiles does not need to be jointed. After drying, the surface is painted with the same color paint twice.
  • At the junction of the three slope roofs, that is, the junction of the two oblique ridges and the positive ridge, three-way tiles are used as accessory tiles. For example, multi-directional roofing and the intersection of excessive inclination can be cut and spliced ??with ridge tiles; or use 1:2.5 waterproof cement mortar to paint multi-directional ridges, and paint the surface with two coats of the same color after drying.
  • When the ridge tile is installed with the supporting wood bracket to install the tile strips and the ridge tile ventilation coil, the support height and coil width should meet the installation requirements of the ridge tile to ensure its firm installation and waterproof effect.
  • When the roof construction is contaminated by cement mortar or exterior wall paint, it can be cleaned with weaker corrosive oxalic acid and diluted with water. For more serious ones, use a small spatula or wire brush as an auxiliary tool to clean ( When cleaning, a small area should be cleaned first, and then a large area should be cleaned.
