Quartz stone has a low resin content, with over 90% being quartz. Quartz is extracted from natural mines, meaning that over 90% of its components come from nature. Although the color of quartz in most mines is white, there are also differences, some are yellow, some are blue, and sometimes there are slight differences in the color of quartz from the top and end of the same mine.
According to this situation, there may be slight color difference in the quartz stone board. After factory inspection, the color of the board with the same product batch number is basically the same (although it is lower than the standard for ordinary artificial stones, making it difficult to achieve seamless splicing), and the board with different product batches may have slight color difference. During processing, plates of the same batch number must be used for connection, and plates of different batch numbers are not allowed to be connected.
If there is a significant color difference after connecting plates of the same batch number (slight color difference is a normal phenomenon), please confirm on site whether the polishing degree of the plates is consistent. The polishing degree of dark colored plates will directly affect the color difference. Next, wipe with a damp cloth and confirm under natural light. It is best to observe from the same angle.
